PHHC Steno Grade 3 Recruit Jobs 2017: High Court of Punjab & Haryana is going to recruit  229 Posts of Stenographer Grade 3 in Subordinate Courts of Punjab and Haryana (HCPH) through the Notification No. 20S / SSSC / PB / 2017. Online Registration in response to the Advertisement published by the Society for Centralized Recruitment of Staff in Subordinate Courts under the High Court of Punjab and Haryana (SSSC) on behalf of the District and Sessions Judges of the State of Punjab is in progress.

Online Registration is in progress w.e.f. the 20th of March 2017 (20.03.2017) with the Deadline for Online Application Forms closing on the 18th of April 2017 (11:59 PM). Last Date for Receipt of the Online Application Fee shall close on the 20th of April 2017 (20.04.2017) (Within Banking Hours).

Eligibility: Upper Age Limit (As On 01.01.2017)
For General (Un-Reserved) Candidates should be Minimum Age Limit is 19 Years and Maximum 37 Years. Relaxation in Upper Age Limits for the Reserved Category Candidates.
Educational Qualification: The Applicant should possess a Degree of Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science or Equivalent thereto from a Recognized University and must have Proficiency in Operation of Computers (Word Processing and Spread Sheets).

The Candidates should have passed Matriculation Examination with Punjabi as one of the Compulsory or Elective Subjects or any other Equivalent Examination in Punjabi Language, which may be specified by the Government from time to time.

PHHC Stenographer Grade 3 Admit Card 2017: The Candidates shall have to qualify the English Shorthand Dictation Test and its Transcription at the Speed of 80 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. respectively. The Candidates, who qualify the said English Shorthand Test and its Transcription, will be called for Punjabi Shorthand Test and its Transcription, which they will have to qualify at the speed of 35 W.P.M. and 20 W.P.M. respectively and Computer Proficiency Test (Word Processing and Spreadsheets).

The said Punjabi Shorthand Test and its Transcription on Computer as well as Computer Proficiency Test (Word Processing and Spreadsheets) are mandatory but the same are of qualifying nature only and their Marks or Performance will not be counted towards Final Merit, which will be based only upon the Performance in the English Shorthand Test and its Transcription.

High Court Of Punjab & Haryana Steno Grade 3 2017 Online Application Form: The Number of the Candidates as decided by Hon’ble Central Recruitment Committee, who qualify the English Shorthand Test, Punjabi Shorthand Test and Computer Proficiency Test, will be called for verification (Checking) of Original Testimonials / Interaction.

Every Successful Registration will be allotted a Unique Registration ID and Password, which will be intimated to the Applicant by way of e-mail on recorded Email ID as well as by SMS on his / her Mobile Phone. Applicants should ensure that Registration ID and Password have been delivered on Mobile Phone as well as on given E-mail ID. In case of non-receipt of E-mail / SMS within reasonable time, Applicants should contact on Technical Help Line Numbers 9115898394, 8699002541, 8699002542 & 0172 – 2722012.

After getting the Registration ID and Password, Applicant must take a Print out of the ‘Cash Deposit Receipt’ in “Landscape Orientation”. Applicant should also save ‘Cash Deposit Receipt’ as PDF File for Future Reference.

Telangana State / Andhra Pradesh State will be going to conduct the Common Entrane Test for Language Pandit – (LP CET) 2017. The notification details for LPCET are given below for Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.

TS Language Pandit Common Entrance Test (LPCET) 2017 Notification: The Online Registration Notification of Common Entrance Test for Language Pandits 2017 will be released soon by Telangana State (Hyderabad) in the mid of June 2017.

Eligibility LPCET – 2017:
1.The Candidate should have Indian Nationality / should be an Indian National.
2.The Candidate must satisfy Local / Non-Local Status requirement as laid down in the Andhra Pradesh Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admission) Order 1974 as subsequently amended.

Age Limit: The Candidates should have completed Minimum 19 Years as on 01.07.2017.There is no Upper Age Limit.

Educational Qualification:
Telugu: Bachelor of Arts (Telugu Literature) OR Bachelor of Arts (Oriental Language –Telugu) or Bachelor of Oriental Language (Telugu) OR A Graduate Degree with Optional Subject Telugu or Master of Arts (Telugu)
 Hindi:  ‘A’ Grade Degree with the Optional Subject Hindi or Bachelor of Oriental Language (Hindi) or Praveen of Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachaara Sabha or Vidwaana of Hindi Prachaara Sabha, Hyderabad or any other Equivalent recognized Qualification in Hindi (Bachelor of Arts Standard) by the Government of Andhra Pradesh or Master of Arts (Hindi)  The Candidates who have passed the above stated Examination as on the Date of Submission of the Applications are eligible to appear for the Language Pandit Common Entrance Test (LP CET) – 2017.

The Candidates, who have appeared for the Final Qualifying Examinations OR its Equivalent during this Academic Year, are also Eligible to apply LP CET – 2017 Entrance Examination subject to the condition that they shall have to furnish their Pass Certificates at the time of Counseling without fail.

The above Academic Qualifications prescribed are for LPCET – 2017 only. The Government may prescribe over and above Academic Qualifications at the time of Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT).

Scheme/Syllabus of the LP Common Entrance Test: 2017 – The Language Pandit Common Entrance Examination shall be of Objective Type containing only Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type. The Duration of the Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Test is Two Hours only, with Maximum 100 Marks.

LPCET – Syllabus:
1.Numerical Ability: Four Fundamental Operations (Addition, Subtraction, Division and Multiplication) and Averages
2.Language
Telugu: 1st Language of 8th to 10th Classes of Andhra Pradesh State / Telangana State (Hyderabad) Syllabus
Hindi: 2nd Language of 8th to 10th Classes of Andhra Pradesh / Telangana State Syllabus
Literature: Graduate Degree Standard

Important Note: The merit list & ranks will be given through the minimum qualifying marks in LPCET. SC & ST Candidates shall be given Ranks as per Merit order of the Marks secured by them in the Language Pandit CET irrespective of the Qualifying Marks.

LP Common Entrance Test: Minimum Qualifying Marks: For General Category of the Candidates shall be 35% of the Aggregate Marks. However, there shall be no Minimum Qualifying marks in respect of the Candidates belonging to the Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe Categories.

TS LPCET Admit Card 2017: e-Admit Cards shall be uploaded on the Official Website Minimum 07 Days before the Language Pandit Common Entrance Test scheduled to be conducted. The Candidates would be able to download their respective e-Admission Tickets / Admission Certificates w.e.f. the Dates notified for the same.

Telangana State, Chairperson LPCET 2017 & Commissioner of the School shall host in July 2017 the Language Pandit Common Entrance Test 2017 for the Candidates.

Procedure for LPCET Certificate:
1.Language Pandit Common Entrance Test 2017 Pass / Qualification.
2.Minimum Qualifying Marks 35%.
3.Rank & Merit.
4.Counseling for Verification of the Documents.

 Allotment of Seats: All the sanctioned Intake of Seats in the Language Pandit Training Course (LPTC) in the Government IAS’s / CTEs and Pandit Training Colleges (PTCs) shall be filled by the Convener LPCET – 2017. Such Seats shall be allotted to the Candidates on the basis of the Rank obtained in LPCET-2017.

Condition for Admission : XI  Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), State Boards / National Open School / National Institute of Open School where the Marks are granted, then their Marks shall be converted into Grade A-1, A-2, B-1, B-2, C-1, C-2, D, E-1, E-2.

X  The Students should have obtained 6.5 Cumulative Grade Point Average in their respective Class IX. The Average Number of the Seats must have been less than 40.

XII  The Students should have obtained 5.5 Cumulative Grade Point Average in their respective Class XI. The Average Number of the Seats must have been less than 40.
